Hey there! I'm Carolyn, a hairstylist at TM Salon in East County San Diego. I've been doing hair since 2012 and I'm always learning new things to stay on top of the latest trends. I love natural looks, and keeping your hair healthy is always my top priority. I really believe in chatting with you beforehand, whether it's your first appointment or 500th, to make sure I understand exactly what you're looking for, so we can get the best results. Check out my services, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. •••A Few Things to Note••• If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there'll be a 50% cancellation fee. Also, please give me 24-48 hours to get back to you. Since I'm a one-woman show, I really value my work-life balance. I'm off on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays, so I won't be able to reply to messages on those days.

Cancellation Policy
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We kindly request that you notify us in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total service fee. Clients who fail to appear for their appointment or cancel on the day of the service will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be required to provide a deposit for all subsequent bookings.
