Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your inquiries. As a sole proprietor, I value maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I am unavailable on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays and will be unable to respond to messages on those days.

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We kindly request that you notify us in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total service fee. Clients who fail to appear for their appointment or cancel on the day of the service will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be required to provide a deposit for all subsequent bookings.
